Madrid Highlights Diversity and Coexistence

Madrid gathered religious, cultural and social voices to highlight dialogue, diversity and mutual respect. The round table included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and Denise González. Speakers presented different experiences and viewpoints on how open dialogue can help build more inclusive communities.

Throughout the gathering, participants explored themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s focus on human dignity and social betterment. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, said that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when rooted in respect for human rights.
